Receptionist - Full Time
We are seeking a full time receptionist to join our friendly, busy team to greet, check-in/out and resolve guest queries. Our ideal candidate will have superb standards of customer service, be able to multi-task effectively, be presentable and have experience in a similar environment. Familiarity with reception systems such as Opera/Fidelio is most desirable. 40 Hrs per week (to include weekends & evenings on a rota basis). £13k rising to £13.5k
Marketing Executive - Full Time
An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic bright spark to join our team to help develop and implement our marketing strategy for Careys Manor and our sister hotel, The Montagu Arms. Working closely with the Sales and Revenue Managers you will hold a relevant qualification in marketing, communications or advertising and have particular strengths using online mediums. HTML coding ability and hospitality/leisure industry experience advantageous.

Room Attendants - Part & Full Time
If you have an eye for detail, aren't shy of physical work and take pride in a job well done, then a role as one of our Room Attendants may be for you. We are seeking people to work in our Housekeeping team for either 15 or 30 hours per week ensuring that our guest bedrooms are cleaned and presented to an excellent standard. We can offer some flexibility with days & hours. Weekends will be required on a rota basis. Prior experience an advantage but not essential for the right person. Live-in accomodation is available for full time roles.
Spa Host/Housekeeper - Part Time Casual Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the team in our fabulous Thai Spa for a weekend casual Spa Host/Housekeeper Saturday and Sunday day-times. This is a varied role including greeting and assisting guests and ensuring the Spa is well presented. It is a physical role which requires a warm personality, maturity, excellent customer skills, a positive outlook and a 'can-do' work ethic. You will have lots of initiative and be self-directed. Spa Therapist - Full Time
We are seeking Spa Therapists to join our award winning luxury Thai spa - Senspa. The role involves delivering massage treatments based on Thai massage techniques to guests to an extremely high standard. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their training and expertise in Thai massage treatments, and will have a thorough knowledge of treatments, benefits and ingredients and their effect on the body. They will have attained a certificate in traditional Thai Healing Arts and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Waiter/Waitress - Zen Garden - Part Time/Casual
We are seeking Waiters and Waitresses to work on a part-time/casual basis in our Thai Restaurant - the Zen Garden. Set in our tranquil, luxury Thai spa, the Zen Garden serves breakfast. lunch and dinner to spa, hotel and dining guests. Relevant restaurant experience would be an advantage.
Apprentice Electrician
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed apprentice electrician to join our maintenance team which covers works at Careys Manor Hotel and SenSpa, our sister hotel The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu and various other group properties in the New Forest. Our preferred applicant will be starting their Level 3 qualification and able to demonstrate capability and awareness at Level 2.
