Terms & Conditions
To confirm a reservation we require a non-refundable deposit which is the payment for the room for the first night.
Once the deposit has been paid and the reservation has been confirmed, if the reservation is cancelled and the room is re-sold the deposit will be refunded. However, if the room is not re-sold the deposit will be held for six months and can be transferred to an alternative date.
