The Health Club
All residential guests will have use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and fitness suite.
If you wish to improve your health and fitness our qualified assistants will assess your physical condition, guide you through remedial treatments in the splendidly-equipped gym and advise on your own fitness programme for the future.
SenSpa
SenSpa offers a fusion of Eastern and Western treatments in contemporary surroundings with an emphasis on relaxation and well being.
Facilities include a state of the art hydrotherapy pool with several thermal treatment rooms and showers which include a blizzard shower, tropical storm shower, ice room, crystal steam room, herbal sauna and Vichy shower.
There are 17 Thai themed treatment rooms, 2 relaxation areas, A Zen garden and Spa restaurant.
As you are a guest at the hotel we are able to offer a special day rate of £40.00 per person per day or £70.00 per couple to use these exclusive facilities.

All treatments are charged accordingly and should be reserved by prior arrangement. When you make your room reservation please book your treatments at the same time

Children
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Health Club or SenSpa, however, treatments can be booked on request when accompanied by an adult.
