World Wellness Weekend – Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd September
This year, we’re celebrating World Wellness Weekend by hosting a series of completely free workshops. From breathwork to sound baths, and even a hula hooping session, there’s something for everyone – whatever wellbeing means to you, we have you covered.
Sessions filled up fast, so there is currently no availability. However, we will be opening up our waitlists soon, so do check back and sign up in case of any cancellations!
Sen Sound Sessions – 25th September, 30th October, 27th November
Treat yourself to a unique immersive journey through water and sound therapy as we bring together the soothing power of touch and music at SenSpa’s Sen Sound Sessions. Our experienced practitioners – Helena Eflerova and Joel Cahen – will guide you through mindful movements and relaxation using soundscapes as you float and unwind in the water.
Incorporating carefully curated music and sound programs, each session relates to the full moon of the month, starting with the Harvest Moon in September, which is connected with themes of abundance, appreciation, and the completion of a cycle. The first session therefore aims to guide you to a place of acceptance. Accompanied by expert guidance, this is a one-of-a-kind experience that’ll leave you feeling centred and complete.
Wedding Open Day Event – Sunday 29th September

Black Tie Charity Dinner – Friday 1st November
Join us for an evening of glamour, elegance, and giving back at our Black Tie Charity Dinner on Friday 1st November, benefiting the Royal Southampton Yacht Club Trust. The Trust is a local charity, which provides on-the-water activities for disadvantaged young people, principally young carers in Hampshire.
Savour the sophistication of black-tie attire – it’s not often we get to dress up – enjoy an indulgent 3-course dinner, dance the night away with our resident DJ Toby Oakley, and partake in a fantastic auction, all for a worthy cause.
