Please choose from: Breathwork, Mindfulness, Yoga, Thai Chi, a SenSpa Hydrotherapy session, mini tension reliver massages to take place in the meeting room, Eating Well, Stress, Immune Health or Women’s Health workshops, and Mind-Chi (supplement charge of £10 + VAT per person)
